One thing we cannot do

We cannot advise you on your own tax position: whether to make an offer, what to put on a line, or what the IRS will do about your particular case. That is advice, and giving it is the line Setl does not cross. For that you want an enrolled agent, a CPA, or a tax attorney.

Anything about the software is exactly what this is for: a wrong number, a form that will not download, a charge you did not expect. So is telling us we have got something wrong. The common questions may also have it already.
